Outside Food & Beverage

Q: Can I bring food and drinks with me to the waterpark?

A: Outside food and beverage is not allowed in the waterpark (bottled water is allowed). Baby food is permitted – no glass containers. If you would like to pack a lunch and leave it in the car, you can exit the waterpark to eat and get a handstamp to reenter the park.

Exiting and Re-entering the Waterpark on the Same Day

Q: Can I leave the waterpark and return later the same day?

A: Yes. If you need to leave the waterpark for any reason, you can get a handstamp and return to the waterpark the same day. Please note, however: if the waterpark reaches maximum capacity at any time, you will need to wait until someone leaves to reenter.

Pavilion Rentals

Q: How can I rent a pavilion at Waterworks?

A: Request a pavilion rental here.

Q: What is the admission price for a pavilion rental?

A: The cost of admission is separate – with a rental it’s $8.25 per person if paying at the same time in the same transaction. Anyone who is entering the park must have a paid admission – the only exception is if they’re 2 and under. You may purchase tickets the day of your reservation, in which you will be given wrist bands as your tickets. You will be responsible for distributing these wristbands to your guests. These wristbands allow pavilion guests to enter and exit the park even if we hit capacity. You can enter the park without having to wait in line.

Q: What is the food policy for a pavilion rental?

A: Outside Food and Drinks are not allowed in Waterworks Waterpark except for bottled water (not flavored) and a birthday cake/cupcake. We do have a refrigerator to store dessert but in rare cases, we may not have the space. We ask that you bring a normal size cake or cupcakes otherwise we may not have the space in our refrigerator to store it. We offer large pizzas (Pepperoni or Cheese) at $15/pizza and 2-gal drink coolers of fruit punch or lemonade for $10 each. All other food must be purchased off of the concessions menu. Bags will be searched at the Front Gate for weapons (to include water guns), outside food and floatation devices.  Please be sure to remove all outside food and return it to your vehicle.  Waterworks Waterpark cannot hold food or drink items for guests. We have picnic tables available for guests outside the park. The wristbands and food choices will be purchased and paid for the day of your pavilion rental.

Pets

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A: Sorry, pets are not allowed in the waterpark.
